Seven-Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. Twirls pasta
    2 tsp. olive oil
    3 or 4 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 c. frozen peas
    thinly sliced red onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    6 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well and toss with oil.
    In large bowl, layer lettuce, pasta, Miracle Whip, peas, onion rings separated, cheese and crumbled bacon.
    Cover; chill thoroughly, overnight.
