Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. garlic
5 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. salt
4 lb. chopped onions
1 c. water
2 (12 oz.) bottles chili sauce
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. ground oregano
1 Tbsp. ground cumin powder
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. ground red pepper
1 Tbsp. pure ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add onions and water; cook 20 minutes.
Add chili sauce, tomato paste and water. Then add all spices and simmer for 1 hour.
