Herb-Spinach-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess liquid squeezed out
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
2 small tomatoes, sliced
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Pierce pie shell with fork.
Bake until pale gold.
Cool.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
