Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. Minute rice, cooked
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Add butter, milk and vanilla. Mix in rice and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Use regular round glass baking dish.
Can also add raisins, if desired.
