Barbecue Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless roast
    1 c. catsup
    1 can beer
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix catsup, beer and onion soup mix.
    Pour over meat.
    (May also add barbecue sauce.)
    Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until meat can be shredded.
