Smoked Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

brisket of desired size
salt and pepper to one's taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 to 1/2 c. liquid smoke
hot sauce
1/2 c. mustard
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients; pour over meat.
Place brisket in pan with tight fitting lid or foil.
Do not open until done.
Bake for 4 to 6 hours at 275\u00b0.
If using smoker, wrap brisket in heavy foil and cook over grill 4 to 6 hours.
