Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes, peeled
    6 medium onions
    3 sweet peppers
    3 hot peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    3 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Finely chop first 5 ingredients in food processor.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours or until thick.
    Hot pack (remove bay leaves before canning).
