Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Bring
    the butter and water to boiling point.
    Sift the flour and
    salt together.
    Add the flour all at once and beat vigorously until
    mixture
    is
    thick and smooth.
    Remove from fire.
    Add beaten
    eggs
    gradually
    to
    the
    mixture, beating thoroughly after
    each
    addition and until smooth.
    Drop on a greased baking sheet or muffin pan about 2 inches apart.

    very
    hot oven (475\u00b0) for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat slightly for about 25 minutes longer or until muffins are a light brown.
