Fresh Cranberry Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. fresh orange juice
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Wash and pick cranberries.
Place in a saucepan with sugar, orange juice and salt.
Cover and bring to boiling point.
Cook only until skins pop, 6 to 8 minutes.
Chill and serve with turkey, pork, ham or chicken.
