Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips and dust with flour and pepper. In a large skillet, brown steak in oleo or butter; add mushrooms, onion and garlic and brown lightly.
    Stir in broth; cover and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Gradually stir in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
