Oreo Cookie Dessert - cooking recipe

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 1/4 lb. (20 oz. pkg.) Oreo cookies
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk with mixer.
Add crumbled Oreo cookies.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
Layer with Cool Whip.
Spread nuts on top.
Evenly cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
