Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter or oleo, cut in thin slices
1 can flaked coconut (optional)
Preparation

Dump undrained pineapple into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread evenly.
Dump the pie filling over pineapple; spread evenly.
Dump the dry cake mix onto the cherry layer.
Spread the pecans and coconut evenly over the dry cake mix.
Place the slices of butter over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Serve warm or cooled.
Delicious to serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top.
