Butner'S Cream Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa (for chocolate)
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Soak raisins in warm water and put in colander to drain (or may use 3/4 cup crushed pineapple or 2 bananas for a fruit cream pie).
