Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
3 apples, chopped or grated
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)

Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs together.
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice together.
After sifting together, add to first mixture.
Chop or grate apples and add to mixture. Add chopped nuts, if desired.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
