Meat Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large onion
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. mayo
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Liquify onion, eggs, mayo and sugar in blender.
    Mix this with all other ingredients.
    Form into a large patties.
    Roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Brown in 3 tablespoons shortening in fry pan.
    Then add 3 cups hot water and 3 bouillon cubes. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes until done.
