Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    flour
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 onion
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground round beef thoroughly with seasonings (salt, pepper, onion, etc.).
    Drain thoroughly in colander to remove fat. Wash with hot tap water in colander; drain.
    Proceed with whatever recipe that uses browned ground beef:
    chili, Sloppy Joes, etc.
