Meatball And Lima Bean Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. rosemary
3 packs frozen lima beans
2 c. sliced onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
rings sliced from 1 green pepper
Preparation

Place lima beans in a colander and run hot water over them. Drain and pour into 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Combine beef with next 6 ingredients.
Shape into 2-inch balls and brown lightly in skillet in oil.
Place in casserole over beans.
Brown the onions in the skillet, place in casserole.
Heat tomato sauce and water, pour over contents.
Top with pepper rings and Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
