Purple Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small green cabbages
1 small purple cabbage
3 small purple onions
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Shred cabbage and onions.
Mix together salt, celery seed, sugar, oil and vinegar and bring to a boil.
Cook about 5 minutes. Let cool.
Pour over cabbage and onions.
Mix thoroughly.
Store in airtight container.
This will keep about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
