Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8-inch thin
3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, onion and cheese with salt and pepper to taste.
Dot each layer with butter. Cover with milk until it shows at corners.
Sprinkle with parsley or paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
