Sauteed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 T. olive oil
    1/2 t. Italian seasoning
    Dash pepper
    Dash garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine the vegetables in a 2-quart casserole. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on high 4-6 minutes or until the peppers are crisp-tender. Stir once or twice during cooking. Makes 3-4 servings.
