Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. water
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. instant coffee
1 vanilla bean, split
4 c. vodka

Preparation

Bring to a boil all ingredients, except vodka.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Cool overnight.
Strain.
Add vodka.
Let set 4 weeks.
