Pseudo Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, grated
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 eggs (Egg Beaters)
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
oil for frying
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Make cakes as you normally do for crab cakes.
Fry medium-high until golden brown. Turn on other side (not you, the cakes).
Fry until done.
Now taste.
Surprise.
