Light And Flaky Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and sugar.
    Cut in shortening. In small
    bowl, beat together the egg, cold water and vinegar. Add this
    to
    flour
    mixture.
    Chill
    1/2 hour.
    Will make two pies, top and bottom crust.
