Barbecue Pork And Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef cubes
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork cubes
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 small chopped green peppers
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Put
    all
    ingredients
    in
    5
    quart
    crock-pot
    or slow cooker.
    Mix
    well.
    Cover;
    cook on High at 300\u00b0 for 8 hours. With
    wire
    whisk, stir mixture until meat is shredded.
    Serve on poor boy buns with sliced onion and dill pickles.
    Makes 12 sandwiches.
    To
    cook on top of range, use 6 quart Dutch oven. Add 1 cup water.
    Simmer 3 hours.
