Broccoli Carnival - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. grated lemon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim off large\tleaves\tof broccoli.
    Remove tough ends and wash broccoli
    thoroughly.\tMake lengthwise slits in thick stalks. Arrange broccoli
    in
    steaming
    racks
    with stalks to center of racks.
    Place
    over
    boiling water;
    cover and steam 10 to 15 minutes.
    Place in serving dish.
