Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken, cut very small
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute chicken and mushrooms in oil until chicken is slightly browned.
    Add all ingredients except rice.
    Bring to a boil and stir in rice.
    Cover and let stand 7 minutes before opening.
