Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 large can pineapple (crushed)
 
2 pkg. apricot Jell-O
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
- 
                            Bring pineapple to a boil.
 
Add Jell-O and stir well, then refrigerate until it cools down a little.
Add Cool Whip and sour cream, mixing well.
Stir in pecans and refrigerate for 2 hours.
