Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil to 235\u00b0. Beat until icing is ready to spread.
    Add vanilla; stir well.
