Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 smoked sausage link, sliced 1-inch thick
1 can chunk pineapple (reserve juice)
1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
1 can maraschino cherries
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, salt, cornstarch, vinegar and pineapple juice.
Cook for 5 minutes or until thick. Add sausage.
May be eaten plain or served over rice or noodles.
