My Lime Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (12 oz.) container Light 'n Lively cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
    Add the cold water, then the drained pineapple, cottage cheese and pecans. Mix well.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish or a large mold and chill until set.
