Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. stuffing mix
    3 c. cooked squash, drained
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Saute carrots and onion in 4 tablespoons butter.
    In a bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, squash, 3/4 cup of stuffing mix and the carrots and onion together.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Mix remaining butter and stuffing together and sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
