Lo-Fat French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt to taste
    malt vinegar to taste
Preparation
    Scrub the potatoes. Don't peel.
    Cut into 1/2-inch strips. Place potatoes in plastic bag with oil. Shake to coat.
    Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes in single layer and bake 30 minutes until golden brown at 450\u00b0; turn every 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Serve with vinegar (optional).
