Orange Cranberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Dole crushed pineapple
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped almonds
    2 eggs
    1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple. Combine flour, sugar and soda. Stir in dates and almonds. Combine pineapple with eggs, cranberry sauce, oil and orange peel. Stir in dry mixture.
    Pour into baking dish or an 8 x 4-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
