Green Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ground green tomatoes
12 sweet peppers
2 hot peppers
12 onions
1 head cabbage
2 1/2 pt. vinegar
5 c. sugar
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Grind all ingredients and add 1/2 cup canning salt.
Let stand 1 hour.
Drain and squeeze out all the juice as possible.
Bring vinegar, sugar and spices to a boil, then add dry ingredients. Can in sterile jars and seal.
