Hot Rice Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or sirloin, cubed
1/2 c. onions
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. celery, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice soup
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. rice
Preparation

Fry ground beef with onions.
Cook beef, onions, bouillon and celery with soups and hot water.
Wash rice in cold water and dry. Add to other ingredients.
Rice is uncooked.
Bake about 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
