Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and vegetable oil.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and 2 cups bananas.
Spoon batter into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in greased and floured pan.
