Chicken Breasts(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    liquid margarine
    wheat bran or dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of chicken (amount depending on how spicy you like).
    On underside of chicken pieces, put a couple dots of margarine, then cover each piece with 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons of wheat bran.
    Put coated side of chicken down on microwave-safe platter or baking pan.
    Repeat margarine and bran on top side of chicken.
    Cover with wax paper or plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes.
    May take longer if chicken was frozen.
    Turn dish once during cooking.
    Don't overcook.
