Garlic Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) large pitted olives
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
    Do Ahead:
    Turn olives and their juice into a quart jar with tight fitting lid.
    Add vinegar and rest of ingredients.
    Cover tightly.
    Shake well.
    Refrigerate several days, shaking jar occasionally.
