Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese-room temperature
2/3 c sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
8 oz sour cream
3 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Beat together first four ingredients until very well mixed-several minutes.
Use electric mixer.
Pour into 7 or 8-inch round glass baking dish.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
Leave oven on, set cake out to cool for 15 minutes.
Then mix 8 oz sour cream, 3 Tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp vanilla.
Pour over top of cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and put back in oven for 10 minutes.
Cool and then chill in refrigerator.
