Swedish Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (Idaho)
    1/2 stick butter
    2 oz. Carnation canned milk
    1 tsp. parsley
    dash of salt
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 or 4 minced green onions
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and boil until tender.
    Drain and mash potatoes. Mix in butter, milk, parsley and sour cream; mash until smooth (no lumps), then add green onions to top of potatoes in baking dish.
    Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until golden on top.
