Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked spinach or 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix cheeses with beaten eggs.
    Stir in flour until smooth. Add spinach until well blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 1-quart casserole sprayed with vegetable oil.
    Bake one hour.
    Cool about 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4.
