Marinade For Halibut Or Swordfish - cooking recipe

1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1 lime (juice)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 garlic bud, minced
Preparation

Marinate for 2 hours.
Then grill and brush with marinade sauce.
The fish is very moist.
