Eduardo'S Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 drops food color (optional)
Preparation
    Beat at low speed the egg whites for 20 minutes until raised. Add sugar little by little with a tablespoon.
    Add vanilla last. Place them with a tablespoon an inch apart on a baking sheet and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Could add food color (2 to 3 drops) to color them.
