Pumpernickel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Beau Monde
    2 tsp. dill weed
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. corned beef, chopped
    1 1/2 loaves round pumpernickel bread
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients together.
    Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, hollow out middle of loaf of bread.
    Fill with dip.
    Cut remaining bread into large cubes and use as dippers.
