Sunrise Smoothie(Breakfast Shake) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla or coffee flavored yogurt
3/4 c. orange juice, chilled
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender.
With blender on high, add ice cubes, one at a time, processing until smooth after each addition.
Serve immediately. Makes about 2 cups.
