Tomatoes In Foil Or Pan In Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large tomatoes
salt and pepper
8 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. minced green onion (including top)
1 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed in garlic press

Preparation

For Foil:
Will need 2 large pieces of heavy duty foil.
Spray foil with Pam spray.
