Fruit On Clouds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Waverly crackers, crushed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    6 egg whites
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 large Cool Whip
    your favorite pie filling
Preparation
    Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar and vanilla until bubbly. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff.
    Add crackers and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes. Cool.
    Top with Cool Whip and pie filling.
