Sausage Foo Yung(A Chinese Breakfast Treat) - cooking recipe

bean sprouts
rice
onions

Preparation

Boil rice until ready; when rice is ready, fry the rice in a skillet.
Add bean sprouts and fry onions separately (from the rice).
Then scramble the eggs and cook them in skillet, with the bean sprouts and onions.
When everything is prepared, including the fried rice, set all of the cooked ingredients on the side.
Now you are ready to cook the sausage (Sloppy Joe-style).
When the sausage has been thoroughly cooked (well done), mix the sausage in with the rice, onion, eggs and bean sprouts.
Then re-cook all of the ingredients at a low flame.
When the Sausage Foo Yung appears to be ready, you might want to spice it up with your favorite seasonings; but it might be better to leave it as it is (to keep that Chinese flavor).
