"No Sage" Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boil and debone (save broth)
    1 small onion, diced
    1 stock celery, diced
    1 pan corn bread
    3 or 4 biscuits or slices of bread
    3 or 4 eggs
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer onion and celery in 2 cups broth 15 minutes until almost clear.
    Mix all ingredients in casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
