Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed zucchini
    1 large, grated carrot
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender (approximately 10 minutes). Combine sour cream and chicken soup; mix well and set aside.
    Mix stuffing and melted butter; reserve 1/3 cup for topping.
    Drain veggies and add soup mix and stuffing.
    Mix well.
    Pour mix in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
